I completed my Detox! Kind of …

So what was the outcome of Dionne’s 21 day Detox? Hmmm, I really did underestimate how hard it was going to be and on hindsight I probably should have started from 7 days and worked up to 14 and then to 21. I thought because I was living practically a vegetarian diet it would be fairly easy for me. Not so! Having just fruit and veg only was extremely hard. The last week of my now sabotaged detox wasn’t  really a detox […]

Detox Week 2 completed!

I had to post this pic of me as after one of my daily runs as I felt an urge to hug a tree! Don’t laugh! Every morning during my brisk walk/jog I speak to the trees and give thanks to nature and life. My route takes me through lovely woods and its so calming and gratifying just to hear the trees rustling and the birds and the squirrels singing and quarreling. What’s not to love and be thankful for? OK, so […]

Detox Week 1 Completed!

Hi readers! Giving you a quick update on my first week of my 21 day detox. If you are reading this blog for the first time you may want to read New Mind, Me Body, New Me first to get a sense of this blog. On a whole I feel so much fitter, stronger and more alive! My “spare tyre” has diminished and even my children have noticed a difference in my little pouch which was slowly expanding. On a whole, […]

Something I would do again!

"Dionne came to my house for a mosaic party, ten of my daughters friends (all 5 year old girls) on our kitchen floor making tiles.

It was a fun filled time and all the girls loved it especially the glitter tiles! Dionne was great and it is something I would do again."

Dionne is a talented ambitious and enthusiastic artist!

"It's been a great pleasure and a real cultural benefit to work together with Dionne, setting up together a group show including her artwork at Open The Gate.

What an honor to have her creative and mature pieces delivered in a fine display on our gallery walls! Beside the exhibition we had the opportunity to host two of her children mosaic workshops that were successful: both children and parents attended and had a memorable time discovering and learning mosaic with her in a playful atmosphere.

Dionne is a talented ambitious and enthusiastic artist with a real message and vision we would like to work again with!"

Stunning Results!!

I asked Dionne to create three designs from a piece of african cloth I found on the internet.

Due to her fabulous creativity she designed exactly what I wanted as she incorporated her own style. The results are stunning.

I will be asking Dionne to create me another masterpiece in the very near future.
